REFUNDS & RETURNS

 

REPLACEMENTS

We take every care to ensure your products are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. We will replace products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery. 

Email us at hello@saltmamahome.com with your order details and we'll aim to get back to you within 24-48 hours Mon-Friday.

REFUNDS

We sadly cannot refund or replace balms, candles, or diffusers that have been used for hygiene reasons. 

EXCHANGES

If you bought or were gifted a diffuser but the scent isn't quite right for you (unused), you are welcome to exchange it for another scent within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for the delivery cost of all returned items. To start your exchange please email hello@saltmamahome.com with your order details.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@saltmamahome.com.
